THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
- I create a custom daily workout structure for you with video breakdowns on my private training app.
- We talk about your goals(in-person or facetime), and I build a perfect meal plan based on macronutrients that we track daily via app.
- Weekly check-ins(progress pics and other body metrics) via app to track progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure we are hammering in the right direction.
- Twice weekly, 60+Min Video Calls for a Q&A with myself and the rest of the coaching team to answer everything about Mindset/Training/Nutrition. Very cool opportunity to meet others that are in the journey with ya and hear about their wins, losses, and things that help them keep moving forward.
